MIC2010 - IPSC Indoor Level 3

Mic

Well athough the cold was extremely bitter the match staff, competitors and spectators were really warm & friendly. The match was really enjoyable, challengeable with the restrictions they have to deal with. I am far from a good shooters but enjoyed this match greatly its nice to see a great match without a million mind games. The mini targets although seeming challenging at first actually seemed to be easier to hit, no idea why??.
So to sum it up great match but please next year lets find a way to no have the burger & dog buns not freeze while we are waiting to be served. My hats off especially to those volunteers who were cold as hell trying to feed us. Thanks

Great Match

As always, a great job, folks. It's so nice to travel a long way and walk into a place that feels like you never left only to be warmly greeted by folks like you've only just seen them yesterday. After that, having a great sqaud to shoot a fun match with was frosting on the cake.

If I tried to list all the people that deserve thanks, I'd surely miss someone, so I'll just say - Thanks all - looking forward to seeing you next year!

just to let everyone know, the results are on the IPSC quebec website. Congrats to JP and RoB for there production placings,..Mike, Sean and Dominique for their placings in Standard; Nick, Rob and Phil on their placings in Open.

THis is very true, I have two in diapers currently so my memory is fresh with the thoughts of feedings and diapers, and teething, sleepless nights...etc..

Jeese, my kid is 21 now but I still have nightmares about those times. Colic was hell!

Tell Pascal not to worry. Things will settle down in about....30 years or so;)

The number of e-mails and telephone calls following the match are overwhelming; it would almost be a full time job to reply to every single message received – I will posting these messages (Testimonials) on our website in the not to distant future

I just finished sorting trough about 60 videos from the match and uploading them on Youtube. I have few more videos but either haven't got a chance to ask permission to publish them or don't know the shooters.

Also, I linked those videos to the match and stage results on the match result analysis web site I created some time ago.
Here is how result comparison look like for top 4 competitors in Production division. http://tinyurl.com/yz2b5ue
Here you can see videos for 16 of top stage http://tinyurl.com/yju2xef

The little icons [>] open video player if there is video available and you can click on it to go to Youtube page for that video.

To login to the site you can use the current user and password for IPSC Canada, IPSC Ontario or IPSC NB web sites (or send me a PM if you don't have any of those passwords).

If you've got more videos or pictures taken during the match and published on photo and video hosting sites (e.g. flickr, picasa, photobucket, youtube, vimeo or others), please send them to me, so I could link them to the match.

I have some pics from the awards. But the best action pics are from George, once he has them edited I will be putting them up in on the website under our Media section,

Cheers,
Jon
