take em apart and have a look. Clean em while your in there and leave em dry when your done.
Probably something to do with the way the spring baseplate or follower sits when the rounds are on one side of the mag as opposed to the other, they are both double stack mags.
Yes, CZ 75 mags rattle when full.

Maybe it is to give you a tactical advantage.
In the middle of a fire fight you can shake a mag to see if it's full.
Just like on the war movies where in the middle of a shootout infantry
would bang the 30 round magazines on their helmets to "hear" if they are full.

I believe they banged them on their head to prevent jamming but I could be wrong...
