Grab 100 pieces of brass and buy 100 cheap .308 bullets and take them to anyone with a reloading press that has .308 dies. Would only take a few minutes to make them.

Good call. I happen to have everything you mentioned. I just hate buying components and not shooting them but it would be cheap me thinks. A project for tonight!
