And for the record If mine takes 2 years my wife is going to haul her fat ass all the way to BC and sit on whomever has our money till a Tavor pops out of their butt. (no seriously she ways 3-400 lbs)

Some have been waiting since late 2008, so in retrospect a few more days or weeks isn't the end of the world. The important thing is they'll be here before Spring - just about the time when it starts warming up! This year's going to be hard on gophers and coyotes... I can already tell.

I had the chance to buy one at Milarm with a scope for $1450.00 when I first got into black rifles, before all the hullabulloo. And I passed it up to buy a new AR. I probably would have picked it up if I had known what I know now. I can't imagine your frustration/ patience dude. I simply don't have it.

I thought about switching my T97 order to a tavor as well, but it’s just a bit to pricey for me.
I’ll let CanAm hang onto my $850 for another year and see what happens

Has anyone put in a call to CanAm lately to see what the holdup is?

I just heard from another member who called inquiring about a refund( I will NOT disclose their name ) that it is likely that even people who ordered before Dec. 1 may not recieve their Tavors in this batch, and that another batch will be coming on Feb.19, and then they have to go through RCMP approval. I'm done speculating and posting my displeasure. I will call tomorrow for a definite answer, and if they don't have one I'll get my money back. My whole problem is not WHEN I am getting my rifle I was guaranteed 2 months ago, it's that I haven't even so much as been emailed to let me know when. I don't care if it wasn't coming until April, as long as I knew so I wouldn't be checking the mail everyday. No more posts on this topic for me. Ciao.
