I've found out some additional information (please feel free to jump-in with any clarifications or discrepancies). The company that developed this prototype (yes, prototype) is ISSC/Austrian Sporting Arms. So this isn't even in development or production yet. They're an Airsoft company so this would be their second .22LR product (the first being a handgun). Rumours/chatter on the FN forums hint at a trademark infringement lawsuit.
