We just got back another Cooper with a blank we sent in. 'English' walnut from NZ. This is the first exhibition grade we've got back. 20 VT with Neidner Butt.

This one is done too. We just need to pick the rifle up. Can't wait to see it. Should be as good or even better(darker, for sure)

It always amazes me what you get out of a blank. Very nicely done. Are these pillared and baedded? What is used for a stock finish?
 
Do you have any close ups of the checkering?

What is a nice English bank worth now?
