Experience with Dlask?

I have had some work done by Dlask. Work was very good, fast turnaround time, very helpful in communications.

Good to go. IMHO opinion he builds the best custom 1911 in Canada.

Also his QA on AR15's has been very good for a few years now.

Not sure about the Mini Moose I still don't think that short a barrel on a AR15 has been solved...

I purchased/received a complete 7.5"CQB AR15 from DLASK last month.
The build, fit, and finish is outstanding and communication with Josef and Russ was very good considering they are two very busy people.
I also considered the Mini Moose but glad I decided on the CQB....

I tried to deal with them but my emails went unanswered so I moved on.

Maybe they don't like 519'ers. All my emails were answered promptly and my call was picked up on the first ring, prob saw 905 on the call display.

Had my Luger re-barrelled by Dlask. Excellent work, reasonable price and good turn around time.

I tried to order a few LAR15 couplers from them and the guy was so rude on the phone I went elsewhere. He also wanted $12 to ship 2 couplers from Vancouver to Victoria.. Thats crazy.

Yes, I have the DAR701 Aniversary lower with the enhanced trigger guard

Thanks, Clobbersauras. I've been flipping between an Aimpoint T1 and an Eotech.
I'm fairly certain I want an absolute co-witness.
Since I'm running a fixed LMT rear sight, I think I will go with a single dot. The 65moa ring&dot of the Eotechs may get too busy with an absolute co-witness(in my case).
Any help/suggestions would be great!

Dlask needs to improve their customer relations via e-mails. Sometimes they answer, and sometimes they don't. They have lost purchases from me due to unanswered e-mails, and I know of 2 other people with the same experience.

No worries!! I was wondering which sight you had on there as well! Sounds like its hit and miss with the costumer service, but sounds like the quality is there. Just one of the places i have been looking at for my first black rifle.

I picked up a used Dlask 10.5" upper on the EE a while back, slapped it on my Bushmaster lower and it worked great. Liked it so much I went out and bought it it's own RRA lower so it doesn't have to share with the Bushmaster upper.
