I still don't understand how it is ok to have 10 rounds in the storm as long as they are not "storm" mags. Can anyone explain this?

Sure, it is because they are designed for use in the 92FS, not the storm. Storm= rifle, 92FS=pistol. allwed 10 rounds in a pistol, 5 in a rifle. The mags just happen to work in the storm, so they are GTG.
