stevens 200

Yes, but they only have two in stock. One is 428.97 plus tax, the other is 562.99 plus tax.

If you don't believe me, check the Bass Pro web site or phone them, but what would they know that I don't?

lst time I went to bass pro I inquired about them and the guy said they didnt carry them. Smacdonald sells them and its always nice to support a local dealer. Also lebarons sells them and both are for better deals than what was listed above.

does bass pro shop carry this rifle and what will i be looking to pay for a 223 thanks for any info

They had these listed in a flyer just after Christmas for $429 with a 3-9/40 scope. I was in there on Feb. 18 and asked if they ever arrived. Nope, still not in, supposedly tied up in customs.

I bought mine from WSS. Aside from them being a bit slow on the registration (it's a non-restricted firearm for crying out loud!) the price was good, and it did eventually arrive.

thanks for the info but the reason im lookin for one at bass pro is that i have 300 dollars in gift cards for there any other rifles or even shotguns i could get for that price i was kinda lookin at the new england guns to seem kinda nice for back packin

smacdonald..... top notch, and good price, got my stevens from him! if you must buy from the pro, they did get some of the 430$ savage combos in, but they might be sold out already, there was a guy purchasing one last time I was in and the sales guy said they where going fast. Personally, I buy lots of stuff there, but for guns I go to either small dealers or Epps!

It depends who you ask. Many owners speak well of them, and I tend to agree with those people - I have one I like very much, in .223 as it happens. Some people report erratic accuracy and/or problems with failure to extract. Usually these examples can be fixed simply and cheaply. Look up a website called GraybeardOutdoors and you'll find a very active forum of Handi-Rifle enthusiasts full of information.

Just thought I'd mention Cabelas has Stevens 200s for $369 also. I don't know your area at all but there may be a local guy that has one in stock for about that plus shipping. I was planning on buying one from Cabelas but there is a dealer 20 minutes drive from me that has on in stock for $400. Of course he also has Savage combos with a 3-9 power scope, better stock and accutrigger for about $469. Just not in the caliber I want. :(

The more I look, the more Savage dealers I see around. :D

I've got a feeling that will make for a good excuse for everything the Calgary BP doesn't have. I called last year looking for olive drab marine paint. It's a BP exclusive or some damn thing. Guess what? They didn't have any in stock. Why? It was stuck at the border! :p It's paint for goodness sake! :D

HA! First time I heard that I believed it and said "Bet your hipwaders don't get stuck at the border" and we laughed. Guess I was wrong.

I would use the certificate on a 10/22 or other 22 that I could get my money out of. Watch for a good buy & go for that. Get a Stevens from here & end up spending less. (selling the certificate might work)

I picked

one up at Dantes Sports last year in a 308win for under $300.
I know they have gone up a bit.
Never hear these guys on Nutzz.
They are located in Quebec and they didn't waste any time sending it out.
I was pleased with the speed of service.
Hope this helps.
Regards, Luke.
