Under $100, you're pretty limitted. It'll maybe look decent, and it'll maybe work, for more than a box or two of ammo. Bump that up to $300, and a whole world opens up for you.

You could try a Tasco red dot, but the recoil might destroy it. Being cheap, you might not want to be breaking your stuff to quick. Like I say, it might work, it might not.

I just can't believe that an "ok" scope is half the price of the gun.. Weird industry. Thats like a roof rack for your $20k car costing 10k lol. Oh well...
