Alright boys and girls.
I have resisted getting into the whole SKS thing (actually, I've resisted all surplus) because friends of mine who have sucombed to the lure of the SKS tell me it's like Lays potato chips: YOU CAN"T HAVE JUST ONE.
But, seeing as how Lebaron has them for $180 wood and $216 laminate, I am really itching to check them out.
So my question is: What should I be looking for when checking out the surplus SKS at the store?
Is it important that all the serial numbers match? Will that fact help resale if I choose to sell it in the future?
Are some years more desirable than others?
Any advice is appreciated, and go easy one me for waiting so long.
