I have a question, are new cap and ball black powder revolvers considered Antiques?

the reason i ask is i've been looking at these .22 cap and ball revolvers here.

They are basicly like the old colt new line RF revolvers but are cap and ball

The only modern guns considered "antique" are flintlock rifles, I think even a cap & ball rifle is registered if new.

I think the pistols he posted are cap & ball, not rimfires... but the answer is still "no", unfortunately - because apparently Canadians do not deserve the same freedoms as their American counterparts (as per what we're being constantly told by our "leaders").
