Well I guess the price on Norc m-14s are dropping

$429!!!

Why does anyone care if they made a clam about the last batch being the last, it's not like he raised the prices on the others he was able to get. Be happy he is able to get these at all. Sure, these are $30 more than the last ones but they come with synthetic stocks and a case. Those easily cove the extra cost...

Maybe because it wasn't the truth?

isnt it more expensive? its $429 the other ones were 399 werent they?

you are right it's $429.00, or $30.00 more then the old mystery wood stock version.
Or you could say it's $100.00 less then any other dealer is asking.

And on top of this, you'll get a nice case, sling, 2 magazines ...
I ordered mine yesterday, it can't get any better.

You can also wait for the Italian M14, but I don't think you"ll get it for $429.
Made in Italy means high quality, but also higher labour cost.
I have no idea how much the Ital. M14 will cost, but i guess it will be closer to $1000.

I would have taken this deal over the old deal of mystery wood for $399. The stock saves you money, and the case saves you money. Looks like a great deal they have going. Way to go Marstar.

Whats the general word on the accuracy/ quality of the newest Norinco M14s?

Are they as accurate / reliable as the non-clones?

Well last time around they were the "last ones ever" and now there's more. The last ones obviously are not the "last ones ever".

From Marstars website:

We know we are later than some other dealers in offering these BUT we had to address some production issues
BUT I think you will agree the delay was well worth it...

Okay, I have been meaning to ask this for a long time.....how many M14s are enough???? :D

Sure, I don't shoot enough, I know that, but how many M14s does a man (woman?) need??? My #### is firmly in place and gets used by my wife way to often to fall off, so why another? Are the newer models that much better than the 2007s? I don't care about the bayo lug, as I don't plan on stickin anyone...;), so are you guys buying simply because it is a god deal???

I have a question, My understanding is the reason Marstar is behind everyone else with the Norinco Imports is because he was concerned with the Quality Control. Is it safe to assume that now that Marstar has these eon the way the CQ issues are resolved? Can we expect correct barrel indexing along with the other issues with the current Poly/Norinco M-14's being corrected?

I thought it was because Marstar was pissed at Norinco because they were supposed to be the exclusive Canadian distributor, but Norinco was going behind their back and selling to others. I guess they worked things out.
