I'd agree with what Polaris posted above...$400ish for a 4", $550-$600 for a 6"

$375 is a steal for a 6'' model 28 in mint condition. Jump on it!

The last 2 4" 28's that I have bought in the last 2 years were $250.00 each, at dealers!

That's about right, however deals are out there to be had. My last 4" was $325 shipped and was truly minty, while my last 6" with honest bluing wear on the edges was $350 shipped...

The last 6" that I bought before those 2 was in 1996 and I paid $200 for it!!!
