Siss arms questions

On my Classic Green, ive mounted a 1.75-6X 30mm leupold. I can get 1.5-2.0" groups at 100m thats with cheap winchester white box and AE. Ive put close to 500 rounds through the gun and not one malfunction. My advice .......... Buy one !!!

Finally, thank you very much, that's the answer I was after. :)

In using the search function, all I can find is posters saying they get "very good, great or pretty good", never a mention of group size. Same goes for the article in the recent NFA publication on the Blue Swiss Arms. Sean Penney states that he gets good accuracy, and leaves it at that.

I was beginning to wonder if it was a closely guarded secret or they were no better than a Mini-14 and folks were embarrassed because they'd spent $3K.

Either way, I can see one in my future. One of those gotta have guns I guess.

Sorry for the thread hijacking. ;)

On mine out to 100 yards with a Leupold 3-9x40 tactical scope I was getting anywhere from 1 inch - 2 inch depending on the day and shooter ... "catworks" from the board tried mine out and he was hitting the outter edges of the original hole he shot ... accurate rifle needs a good shooter ... ;) This was with factory bought ammo, I'm going to do some testing this spring with reloads and with "catworks" help.

I shot out to 300 yards well enough to qualify for my range 4 qualification at SGC with iron sights with a Black Special. I bought mine back in 2006 at full retail plus tax and could get my money back on the EE today. I've never had a FTF or FTE - its functioned flawlessly. I'd say at least 1-1/2" MOA at 100 yards is pretty accurate with a scope. My only complaint is the thickness of the front sight post........but if you can square it up to the target stand, you can manage some half decent groups. If I could do it again, I'd buy the "target version". But thats my only beef - the front sight post.

Yea I am with you there... If it was as wide as an 03A3 or enfield that would be awesome.
