Another noob question from Rickyy101 :D M44 bayonet..

The UPS man just made a visit to my door.. and my M44 is here!

I was wondering how do I go about extending the bayonet?

Pull back on the locking collar & swing it out.

its spring loaded, and the barrel ring locks into the bayo lugs so to extend it you have to unlock it by pulling it back then swing it out and lock it on the othe side of the lugs and the barrel.

One more thing Ricky, many M44's shoot better with the bayo extended rather than folded away. Try that out at the range, let us know what you find,
