I belong to and shoot at the Burlington Club. It's one of the cheapest clubs and yet offers a lot of choices including a 50 yard indoor range.

Many like it, but this one's mine: 2007 Norc, Bushnell 3200 10/40 mildot, Sadlak aluminum mount, M14Doctor stock, NCStar bipod, Eagle Industries cheek pack, 511 VTAC long range sling, and a match grade op rod spring guide...

My old "Sniper-ized" M14 that I miss:

Falcon Menace 4-14x44 on Sandlak mount on National Match prepped 2007 Norc, Wolff spring kit, Cheek riser, and tuned trigger bedded on a USGI stock. Probably some other stuff on it too that I can't remember...

how do you like that sling? i don't have a bipod, sling or cheekpad but everything else i have is exactly the same as yours. Great minds think alike eh? lol.

The sling works pretty much as advertised; haven't really shot it much on the M-14 (most of what I've been doing with it is load development off bags so far) but I have tried it on a couple of other rifles. I haven't tried timing clicking on and tightening up vs. slinging up with a USGI sling, but it is quite comfy for actually carrying the beast, and does seem to stabilize the rifle nicely.

Okay here ya go. No glass or bipod on it and I sold her before I could so equip it but...
Norinco receiver, krieger DMR medium stainless barrel and all usgi parts but the rear sight and flash hider. Rifle built to full u.s. Armourers National Match specs and is bedded to a Boyd's type 2 nutmeg laminate stock
Match .308 chamber and is a sub moa rifle all day long
