Who carries Sig Parts ie Front Sights?

I need a front sight of different for my Sig 220 ( Very nice pistol ) as the pistol shoots a tad low. Other than removing a bit of metal I`m thinking of just getting a shorter front sight.

So who Carries this stuff?
