You can buy the sights anywhere you can get them as long as they conform to notch and post provision in the rule book. The examples are listed on page 81 of the rule book in the Glossary.

Works fine for IDPA. Take a look at the competition rear sight offered by CZ Custom Shop. They ship to Canada. I have them on my CZ85 Combat and am very pleased. You can order the FO front sight to match the rear.
