who owns a Leupold VX-1, 2-7x28 rimfire scope?

Hi gents. Regarding Leupold's VX-1, 2-7x28 rimfire scope.......How clear is the image at 100 to 125 yards? I understand the parallax (focus) is adjusted for 60 yards, but just wondering if the image becomes blurry out at 100-125 yards?

Got one, use it and very impressed. I've never had ANY problem with it and I shoot regularly from 25-100yds with a 10-22. I have to change the focus only when my much younger son uses it, turn the eyepiece out 8 turns and all is well. I've also mounted a Leup 12X on it just for bench work but for the most fun a lower magnification works better. We shoot prone/sit/stand mostly and usually 200-500+ rounds. I find the 2-7X works really well for this.

I've got one on a CZ .17 HMR that kills gophers way past 200 yards. It could stand a bit more power for that use.

If you haven't bought the Leupold yet, the Weaver rimfire 2.5-7 x 28 I find just a good as the Leupold, of which I have several. weaver goes for $199.00. FS

I too have the Weaver on a Savage .22. I like it a lot, very comparable to the Leupold.
