My deer have ranged from 0 to 200 yards, so the first 3 poll options I guess?

Most of them were under 100 yards.
You need a closer range option than 0-100. 
I've shot the majority of my deer inside the 30 yard mark. I've shot a couple out around 40 or 50, one at around 80, and this year it finally all came together, and I took one at around 200. But the vast, overwhelming majority of them -- I was up close and personal when I pulled the trigger.

Another good idea. I should have split it out but thought even the .44 magnum is good to 100 yards, so 'hunting and sporting arms' - wise it wouldn't matter -?

Closest about 15 feet...longest 30 yards.
Closest was about 40 feet, the longest was over 450 yards. The vast majority were between 150 - 250 yards. The mule deer were usually taken at the longer distances and the whitetails normally the shortest.
