Berreta,Springfield or Glock

Your post is pointless. Which guns of each manufactuer are you looking at? They all make good quality guns that will last, but 9MM, 40, 45?

Beretta 92, 94, FS, INOX? Springfield XD, 1911, 4 or 5"? Glock 17,19, 21, 22 ect?

Do some research, search around and on other forums. Go out and shoot and hold as many as you can if possible and then decide what you want based on that or $$$.

All pistols for sale have their plusses and minuses. None are perfect. However, only a few, or even one, will feel right in your hand.

When I say feel right, I mean that, for example, the distance from the back strap to the trigger should match your hand. Is your hand large or small? Wide or narrow?

The recoil should be comfortable. You should be able to attain your sight picture quickly and comfortably.

It should be easy to clean and maintain. The stock sights should be comfortable for you. If you don't like the stock sights, the sights should be changeable without major gun surgery or expensive sight pushers.

If you are planning to compete in IDPA, CDP or IPSC competition, then you should buy a pistol with lots of available accessories. You don't want to have to wait months for a holster.

Don't buy a pistol until you have fired a couple of boxes through pistols that seem to appeal to you. Berettas, Springfields, Glocks are all wonderful. Don't forget Sigs and M&Ps.

i just prefer them, in my opinion they're no better than the others. i own upwards of 15 sigs, in my experience they are amazing guns durable simple reliable and deadly accurate.
but if you went sig i would suggest a cpo sig p226 9mm, then an srt upgrade from wolverine.

i have never owned a glock, so cant speak for one. springer yep i got one loaded 1911 awsome gun. beretta yuck ugly guns just cant force myself to even try one.

Springfield XD or XDm! Excellent without a doubt! They come in 9, 40 and 45. Nothing against Glocks or Berrettas, but my wife keeps an XD9 in Arizona and it's gone through over 3000 rounds of all types of ammo, even steel cased Tesla Crap, and it's been perfect without one single mis-feed or FTE. I have an SD 1911 Micro Compact down there that had some ejector issues, and even though I bought it used, Springfield paid the shipping to send it to them and have it fixed for free. SA has incedible customer service!
Don't just take anyone's word for it though. Do lots of research and fondle lots of guns before you buy. Much of what is important in a handgun is how it fits your hand and how comfortable you are with the controls.
 
You might also look at the Ruger SR9 if you're looking for a polymer 9mm pistol. They seem to get really good reviews and it was my wifes second choice.
 
I went through the same process, and ended up with a 92FS Inox because I liked the feel of big steel in my hand. The Glock and Sig felt empty.

And I'm not a big guy with big hands either. It just felt more like a gun should feel.
Call me shallow.
 
Get the one that fits you the best.

My advice, shoot them all, get a feel for each one, then make your selection. What do you intend to do with it, once you get one?? Target shooting, action shooting?? that will make a differance on what you purchase as well.
