Weatherby is not a popular platform for customizing

If the price is right go for it. They are a very good stiff action but the key is as has been pointed out you have to like the stock and get a few extras in the deal. You could buy a brand new one a few years ago for $500 and throw everything away but the action. I did this and built what I wanted.

Sorry are you saying that it shoots 1.5MOA at 915 yards or 1.5in at 915 yards? Cause if it's the latter that my friend would need to be seen to believed. And even then, I probably would doubt it

The Canadian Palma team is looking for shooters that can do that. You would win the world championships for sure. Then of course all the other team members could sell off their $5000 custom target rifles and buy Weatherby's.

900 yards hey? You should consider investing in a range finder. They help quite a bit at telling you accurately how far your target is. But who am I kidding, you're probably an amazing shot too just like 80% of shooters out there.
