What is this Shotgun?

Hello All,

I was searching through a bunch of old shotgun pictures and happened upon this link to a picture (It's just to a picture, not a site)

Can someone tell me what it is? How much one might cost? I would love to get my hands on one, cut the barrel down to 18.5 for close range bear use etc. No choke is fine with me.

Yeah Ive never seen a Model 12 for that cheap. Expect to pay alot more than that.

Although I have a fondness for model 12s, especially the trap version, I think there are better out there. The 870 for one and the Super Nova for another.
