price check on Glock G17 , who is the cheapest

bigmagnus, do you have a vested interest in sporteque....or know the owner or something....i ask because i sense you are pushing the site...i could be wrong.....i am also interested in the LE prices....

I have no special interest in Sporteque but like the rest of you, I am looking for the "best bang for the buck". Last week I was quoted a LE price of $550 plus GST for Glock 17. Shipping is included. The one kicker is that they are currently out of stock, next shipment due Feb or March.

And average Joe cannot get the LE price, so what is the real deal?

I think I figured it out,

Buy a membership in the GSSF, once a year you qualify for the LE discount through supporting vendors.

But you qualify if you're a member of the Canadian Forces eh? But this can also apply to Police ordnance, and any other site (sponsor or not) that would offer discounts similar to that LE discount yeah?

I understand police ordances still all come with trijicon night sights, which is $100 value and should be factored in when comparing prices. ;)

I just got a g22 from police ordances yesterday, came with the trijicon night sights and I think it was a pretty good deal. $ 649 and the guy gave me the LE discount on the spot so it was $ 605 after that. taken the night sights into account I think thats one of the cheapest prices.

+1 for Police Ordnance. My RTF w/ Trij nights is on the way. Prices are very good if LE qualified. I think you qualify if you have GSSF also but am not sure..

Are the Glock 17's you guys are quoting these low prices for include night sights?

I qualify for Sporteque's LE/MIL discount and was quoted $682.50 (5% tax applied to $650 and free shipping to ON) for a Glock 17 OD with the Trijicon night sights. So far, that's the best deal I've been able to find. Compared to Police Ordnance's LE/MIL discount on the same Glock, it would come out to $766.14 shipped. Just a heads up for the LE/MIL in the CGN community looking for a new Glock.

The GSSF/LE/Mil cost of the G17 RTF2 with night sights is $605 plus taxes and shipping if required from Police Ordnance.

How is Police Ord. for selling to civvies? I see on their site that they do sales, but how is the price? I think a G17 from Blue Line will be $660 shipped to my door. I'll be taking a G17 out for a test drive this week to do a side by side comparison with some other 9mm's then I'll be buying my new pistol next week. I'm like little kid before Christmas over here! lol
