John, you might want to set up something so that when faxes are received there is a notification to the sender. Maybe a quick e-mail or confirming phone call.

I called there today (spoke to Jim this morning) just to see if the fax I sent was received (it was).

Just something to think about. After all, if the fax had gone to the wrong number (it happens more times than I care to count :D) the wrong reciever would have my CC number - not good.

Pre-order sent! I'm not missing out this time around. Not considering how well-received the other few batches were, anyways.

I think you guys need to relax a bit on the numbers, a shipping container could most likely hold thousands of guns. I'm sure the folks at Marstar would let us know if there were going to be any availability issues.

Didn't get a number but did get a reply back within a half-hour! Excited now.

Got a un-helpful reply from Marstar, I'm guessing I sent my preorder to the wrong E-mail address. (one of the 400 they have.) I just dont see why he could not add an informative link to the proper address, rather than a smart ass remark. which was not helpful at all. I guess when a company gets big enough they dont need to treat people with respect.
 
I have never had a problem with Marstar. Got a quick reply with an order number and 10% Military discount for the new M14B's

You could post your e-mail and 400 or so could send a note asking the colour of your vehicle.

I would love to read your first reply compared to your last one.
