Maybe POCO club can buy one can hang it in the range office, beside the staple guns, for all SKS/CZ shooters to use

That tool looks indestructible and heavy duty enough for club use.

It's an SKS ladies. lay her down on the bench, brass punch and hammer. If that doesn't work then use a steel punch.
