Used scope Value ?

Difficult to say, but I would guess in the $100-$150 range. The caps are nice to have if they are included, but in my books, add little if any $ value to the deal. The Redfields were excellent scopes in their day, but because the product line has changed ownership a few times...with Leupold purchasing the Redfield name most recently of course...there is no warranty service on the older scopes. Finding someone to service them, even for a price, could be a problem. I got rid of a fixed 4x Redfield "Widefield" a few years back for about $100 I think.

yeah, that's what I figured 50-100$ I think I will leave it on the rifle and sell them together as a combo .

Leaving that scope on a rifle you wish to sell, may make it a tougher sale. If a fellow is going to buy your rifle and just remove that scope anyway why have it on there.
I have bought a number of pieces this way and the old scopes that few folks have a desire to own and use just go to the top of the closet. FS

When I sell things locally it seems to work out better with a scope, more of buyers are the type that put a few rounds on paper before the hunt and call it good, they arent' interested or know how to install one and sight it in. If I sell here I usually sell without a scope and mention that one can go if needed .

We will see how it goes, it may end up here in the next week or two.
