What's up with the African SKSes

MAD-TRAPPER;
We are NOT sorting by brand at this time, they are either god or not....

Bad ones go to the smelter, the good ones will be sold
John

What is considered 'bad'? A few parts rifles might sell. Things like unfranken pinned magazines definitely will.

BAD RIFLES;
Anything that is not fully functional goes to the foundry, we have neither the time nor the personel in country to sort....
John

CHARGERGUY;
When we scrap rifles they go to the foundry, I REPEAT we do not have the staff in country to strip them and render to parts....
Scrap is scrap....

John

- Maybe all of the scrap ones could be welded together as some sort of sculpture commemorating victims of gun violence - oh wait... been done already. Probably includes the FN C2 that I was issued in Baden.

Too bad, oh well, you win some and you loose some.

Thanks for all of your hard work bringing these in. I'll have to buy a few when they get here. :)

Is there any problem with hiring some locals to strip down SKS ? It's not exactly something that requires skilled labor. I'm not criticizing your decisions, just curious about this arm-dealing business.

Not very practical in this location, if we hire locals to do this work we would require additional security to prevent theft by these "employees" or from the outside....

That would make a kickass set of dining room chairs....:cool::cool:
