So Questar is importing the SCAR in a few weeks. Is there any information on what configuration they will be coming in? California-neutered?

wouldn`t think that it will be a few weeks. Probably more like several months. I have one on preorder as well.

It will be the SCAR 16 S just like the one on FN USA website. These are from Belgium. Only difference between these and Military version is barrel length and semi only. Can be had in black or FDE color.

Are they coming from Belgium? Is this confirmed? That would be good news since we can avoid the US regulations on folding stocks and flash hiders and such. If I recall correctly, the Robinson Arms XCR is still not allowed in with a folding stock. How silly is that?

The USA wont allow any folding or adjustable stocks or a rifle to be exported. Both my XCR and my SR-22 have solid stocks. Pretty lame if you ask me.

says they come with side folding telescopic stock...pics are of the black one that Questar had. "FN Herstal Belgium" is on the receiver side...

As long as they come like what is depicted on the above link.....I don`t care if they are built in INDIA!......well on second thought.....lol
