Glock conversion + transport

So the advantage arms .22cal conversion kit doesn't have to be registered , and the slide and barrel on the Glock is the registered part not the lower(or is it, just noticed theres a serial # on it). Would you legally be able to put the two together and not need a ATT? I would think that you cant but interested in what you guys think.

The frame (lower) is the registered part of your Glock. If you are moving the frame you need an ATT.
