When IS the Calgary show? And where? I might wander down and see you guys... it'd be nice to get some face time with Peter after talking so extensively via email and phone about the .300 Whisper build we're putting together.

I guess I'll see you guys (read: f---ers!) there! I'm bringing a buddy who's a bona fide knifenut; we're just making the day trip, and plan to hit town about noon Saturday if all goes to plan.

I was reviewing the PO the other day and noticed they had the barrel blank down as a 1:10 when we had spec'd a 1:8. I called to confirm but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully they just made a typo and have actually made the barrel a 1:8.
We only originally ordered 1 blank cause I wanted one for myself. Nobody seemed interested in this when we ordered the barrels. I have asked if we can do a switcheroo with another blank so we can have a second blank for 300 Whisper.
I always knew a 300 Whisper AR would be cool, it just didn't occur that anyone else would.
I should have a bunch of different ones left over from a previous foray into 300 Whisper. I'll go dig them out.

If you guys need a deposit from me to order a blank "on the quick" for my build, I'm game! Just let me know... I guess I'll be seeing you fellas at the Calgary show anyway; I'm sure we'll ham it up.
