I use a long socket in my lathe chuck to hold the reamer and a center in my tail stock, low rpm and push feed with the tail stock holding the barrel from turning with one hand.
The hones are 080-606-512 (medium) and 080-607-512 (fine)
The reamer is 184-010-012
Is it necessary to start with the medium hone if I am careful to make a clean cut with the reamer? I don't know how many shotguns I'll end up doing so I'm trying to minimize costs. Seems to me the tooling is about the same cost as getting a gunsmith to do it a couple of times though, so I thought I'd give it a go.
