Ar-180b " let's see your rig"

It's probably the same one they had listed on their site for $1250 a month ago.

They probably just relized there will be NO MORE AR180bs, for the time being.
They may just get their price for a NON-RESTRICTED, semi-auto black rifle that can legaly use 10rnd mags. Price is a reflection of the market.
Your used AR180b is worth more than you paid for it already.

Yeah, I know it's worth quite a bit more than I paid for it, but not what Milarm's asking. Sad part is, someone who doesn't know anything about how much they should be paying for one will probably buy it thinking they got a steal of a deal. That just isn't right:(

I've noticed my piston has started to losen from the gas block after 150-200 rounds. It was a simple fix with some lock tight. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this.

I haven't had that happen, but since the handguard on mine is free-floated, I have had my gas block move out of alignment a couple of times. Just have to make sure the screws on the block are tightened, is all.

I recently picked up a 180B used and it has a midwest industries rail on it. Not to sure if I'm a big fan of the rail yet and was wondering what other options were available for mounting optics. Will post pictures once I figure out how.

My AR-180b was bought new about 2 months ago and came with a MI rail.POI shifted all over the place so i decided to permanently mount a rail to the recevier as per Armedsask rifle.I have milled a rail to line up with my MI forestock and hope to have it all mounted up next week. Before i mount it i have to decide if im keeping the rear sight or cut it off as i will have to refinish the upper if cut.

Ok, I've changed my rig around. ;)

The Zeiss Conquest in in ARMS throw lever rings, so I can switch between it and the Aimpoint in under 30 seconds. :)

Here is one of mine:

The pics are of this afternoon's unsuccesfull El Cajote hunt. Also when at the range later, it went into single shot mode. I tried to realign the gas port and piston. It still is a single shot. It also has a terrible trigger!!

BTW, the other one (virgin) that I have is just about sold.

Regards,
Henry;)

There are some great looking rigs in here. I've always liked the look of this rifle, so I'm looking to get one, but they are hard buggers to find. I've had potential deals on 2 already but both times the sellers backed out.

I've got so much 5.56/.223 sitting around waiting to be shot!

The sad thing is, I'll probably build and sell aluminum lowers before Armalite does and I really have no interest in doing it.

That's how much faith I have in them coming through with this.

Speaking of which, how is that going?
I'm working on a new lower design now that I have free access to CNC machines. The one I built was optimized for manual machines (straight cuts, really simple).

The problem is finding the time to do it, summer coming up makes spare time even less available. Generally, I don't like working all week and then spending my weekend in the shop.
