Best Quality/Accurate SKS manufacture?

My Yugo is more accurate than my 1967 Norinco, so I shoot it more. The Yugo barrel is longer because it has the grenade launcher permanently attached, but it also protects the crown of the barrel from damage. If you were to damage the crown of the barrel, accuracy goes out the window and you have to get it recrowned by a gunsmith. They make a great truck gun for this reason.
 
I just picked up a brand new Chinese one at TSE today and seeing as how it cost $159 I'm not too worried about it being the best one there is ;)
 
I think they are all good points. Cheap, reliable and at the moment easy to feed. Specific types, year dates and configurations will only be important to somebody who is collecting the rifle. We're lucky to have a little bit of a choice now instead of just the civy norinco. They are worth what you can sell them for. As far as "best accuracy" its going to be the one you own!!LOL
 
The SKS is more accurate than most shooters can shoot standing up.

Whoever can shoot 6-10 inch groupings at 300m standing up, I will give you a gun.
