Hello all,

I've been referred to this site by a work colleague. I was told this is the place to go for information on firearms.

My father was quite the marksman and taught me firearm responsibility and shooting from a young age. Other than carrying a 38 S&W for a few years in a previous job, I've never been to a range to pursue shooting on an interest basis.

So I find myself here seeking info on firearms and different types of shooting. I've yet to join a club but have my permits so I’m half way there I guess. I'm trying to work with a limited budget so any tips or suggestions are always welcome.

Come on out sometime and we'll fit you up to try a stage to see if that might be your new game.

Actually I was just checking out some videos on cowboy action shooting. Seems quite interesting and fun! I was also looking at IPSC too but don't want to get too far ahead of myself considering I've yet to join a club or purchase a firearm. I'll be joining the EOHC and would definately be interested at some point in trying a stage or seeing the posse in action.
