I think the one in your pic is probably the one you want anyways, so why not go Italian Inox? Shooter's Choice in Arrowood right in good ol' AB has them in stock for 895. And by all accounts they are great to deal with. They have blue ones for 795, but I'd go inox if I was in the market for one. I recently sold my M9A1 and that was a great gun but I am going to be doing ipsc and bought a CZ for that.

You may hear differing opinions re: USA vs. ITA but I don't think there is a lick of diff quality wise. And Beretta's are always high quality for their price anyways. (especially at that price)

Good choice and happy shopping!

there shouldn't be any difference in quality. If I was italian I'd go for italian one but mine is US made and it's perfect. :)

Italian ones will have a proof marks stamped on the frame near the trigger guard.

I've owned a bunch of both, and have never noticed any difference in quality between the US and Italian made pistols. I do however like that the Italian models have a date code informing of the gun's year of manufacture.

Also, the Italian Inox 92's that I have owned seemed to have less contrast between the stainless slide and the anodized aluminum frame than the US guns (the latter almost seemed two toned in comparison.)

I prefer the Italian made Berettas because recently the US made has black comm parts (slide release, trigger, safety, mag release) made of black polymer or metal
about color, as previously here said, there is a little hue contrast btw slide and frame for US made stainless
the Italian Inox has ONLY recoil spring guiderod made of polymer (I've changed mine with one stainless from Brownells) the rest of parts are made of stainless - except frame made of alloy

Hey OP, I was at proline in Calgary this AM and they have an all silver INOX for 895. Great looking gun! Great guys to deal with too.

bought my cz75b there too.. great great guys. And missing out on probably doubling their sales because of their "oldschoolness'. Handwritten invoices?

Whole Sale still has handwritten invoices... meh?

I think the old school keeps out the mall karate artists. (ie: What? No pistol bayonets??)

Try to find an Italian made one from the early 1990's or earlier...with the straight dust cover. These guns had a rich satin black finish, all metal parts and everything was smooth. More recent examples had gritty triggers, plastic parts, the really dumb looking slanted dust cover and crappy finish. The M9 models may be closer to the older ones.
