Black Badge Course in the GTA?

Hello,

Like the title says, is there ever a Black Badge course in or around the GTA? Would really like to take one.

Thanks. I looked at the link, and the Sharon one which was a possibility is full. Any other Black Badge Courses close to the GTA, within an hour, considering it is a 3 day event?

You may want to wait another BB course at Aurora club. It may take a while. They'd just finished one.
Most BB course will take you more than 1 hour from GTA. If you like the sport, go for it. Some of my classmate even from other Province drive all the way here to Toronto to take the course. :) And some stay in a motel just for the course:)
 
Yes, aurora isn't too bad. I was even thinking the Barrie Club or the MCO club, but haven't seen anything listed.
 
Contact Bud via the website. He may be able to steer you to an instructor who's starting to plan a course in your area that's not yet posted. Also ask around at the club(s) you shoot at, as word of mouth and friend of a friend contacts help. It's a chicken and egg question. Course availability can create demand, and demand can create a course.

Which is also listed on the Ontario web site...

There is really no any secret BB courses in Ontario and they all listed up there. If you don't see one you like, your next option would be to contact Ontario IPSC admin, so he'll notify you on upcoming courses.
 
It's not about seeing one I like, just trying to get to find one that is reasonable to get to and home from for the 3 days. I will try giving Bud a shout as suggested. Thanks guys.

When I took my course in Guelph it took me just over an hours drive but from Scarborough.
 
Prestwich...try Laskeshore Arms(Lakeshore and Dixie), I was there yesterday and I heard there was a course being put up but space is limited as the range only has 6 ports.
