What's a fair price for a used Desert Eagle in .44?

A friend got his restricted and wants a DE in .44. He's not really internet savy so I told him I'd look on here for one. What should I look for in price? I am not into them so I don't anything about them. I saw one in the EE the other day for $1500.

That one for sale now for $1500 looks like a good deal to me!

Depends on a lot of factors! Age and finish being the biggest factors.

they sell, depending on the finish type, for aprox 1999 brand new, so 1500 is a pretty good deal.

I paid 1400 for my MK XIX. It is a fun gun. I am waiting for a .50 conversion barrel to come in.

There is one at Milarm and it looks beat to s**t, they want 1650 (or the consigner wants that).

Another one at Phoenix is priced at 1725 and looks to be minty new.

1500 is a good price though

It's now $1350, if this is the one you were referring to. What a steal! I wish I had the money...I'd snap it up!

It would go nicely with my black .357 Desert Eagle, or Deagle as my son calls it.
