No doubt that the Finns make some of the best AK's. There's a little more than .308 available in Valmets. You can get .223's in a Hunter or M78 / 7.62*39mm in M78. A milled receiver 7.62*39 would be nice but unfortunately none here (that are not prohib).
M92 is the civvie version, non-folding stock and semi only. RK95 is mil, three position, folding stock and some minor differences in the night sights, etc..
Pic is definetly taken in Finland, not many of em anywhere else.

As per why M78 and not M76, don't try to make sense out of it. It defies all logic.
There are some M76's in country but they are evil prohibs. Just touching one can lead to a devastating addiction....you have to buy more (ha)!

Nice Valtion Metallitehtaat line up there. Sako got lucky to inherit the Valmet line.

Thanks again. Need, well you're right I don't need two but they keep each other company.
I think they were working together for awhile. Some of the Hunters were made by Sako even though they have the Valmet logo. I sold a Hunter recently that was a prime example. The finish on it was identical to the finish on a high gloss Sako deluxe bolt rifle. Definitely a factory job and I've never seen any other Vals with a gloss finish.
