I have an 85Combat..sorry no Shadow but I did get great grips at this website.

I actually got these with the CZ logo on them as well in wood. Lots of options and different wood types and only $40. You can email them and ask for something special which is what i did.

Yea I looked there, but it was kind of confusing for the SP-01, first it said they're walnut, then alder, then in checkout it said maple lol.

What I did with them was to send them an email telling them exactly what I wanted. If they have the grip template already created then they can make the grip out of anything that you want. They have the SP01 grip template as they do make it in certain types of wood.
