Found this dummy round in a drawer at home.

I remember getting it from a friend of my dad when I was a kid but I don't know what it is.

Anyone know??

Canadian Military issue, (Is it 30 cal/ 7.62, or 22 cal/5.56?) dated 1981. Made by IVI. Circle/cross is a Nato mark.
