T-97 owners....Question....

This question may be out of line, but since you are forced to turn in your T-97`s (unless there is going to be a court challenge), will you strip it down and just hand in the receiver, or are you required to also include the barrel, bolt etc?....Just curious...
 
There are other options such as donate to a museum, deactivate. There is also talk of compensation (but no confirmation yet).

Apparently there will be a package sent out on April 26th with information on the Compensation package. One can only assume to get compensation you will have to turn in a complete rifle.
 
If the package is mailed out on the 26th of April, won't owners be receiving it after the 30 day period in which to file for a reference hearing has expired?
