Now that NEA makes a decent conversion kit to LAR15 mags, I'd say YAY, if you're looking for a longer-range non-restricted black rifle.

Yay. It's bloody amazing. Lost of mods you can do to get it just how you like it, really easy to clean, very accurate, and I have never has any failures of any kind. Plus, as mentioned above, it will take AR mags if you swap the magwell. And did I say it is non-restricted?

About customer service, parts will take a while to get here via Wolverine Supplies, but the good things is that it is very rare that you will need parts, in fact, I have never heard of anyone needing parts for it 'cos something has broke.

It's a tad front heavy, due to the heavy profile of the accurate target barrel, so that might be an issue if you have shoulder problems or something like that, but you can use a bipod with it, or get the barrel profiled to a G36 profile. Speaking of which, you can, for a pretty penny, dress it up to look very much like the G36, should that strike your fancy.

Thank you for review! :) I am sold on this rifle - just waiting for my license to be processed. I also want an AR-15. I think those two guns (and Fabarm shotty, lol) will keep me busy for a lot while, lol!
I shot HK USC .45 carbine in my range - absolutely LOVE it but did not see it for sale from dealers here. I also love H&K pistols over all other handguns, but handguns in general are not my thang, lol. :)

Here is HK USC:

If you're also looking to eventually get a USC, you could keep an eye out for one on the EE here, since there were a few more come in to Canada earlier this year.

I got one as a graduation gift to myself. Couldn't have picked a better rifle.

So far as I have shot it, I haven't had anything really go wrong. As a plus it has a fast twist barrel for those heavy match bullets, and can make appropriate use of them too!!! Never had any feeding issues, and the accuracy for mine has been consistently MOA or better with hand loads out to 250 (haven't had a chance to get out any further yet).

I take it hunting the odd time for coyote. The weight of the gun is enough, but I find it helps to steady for the shot. I really like the rifle for both field and target, and it has surpassed all of my expectations.

I haven't got into the 'active' type shooting so I won't speak to that point, nor do I have a wide selection of 'black' rifles. Try some rifles out, if you like it great. If not then keep looking till you do find something!
