What's wrong with the B+T rail. Sorry if this is off topic but I was thinking of getting one for my VZ.

Is that new-made, or is it a modified B&T rail as described? If modified, I'd love to see how it's attached.

I saw only two styles, I think as well it should work, but howNo reason why it shouldn't work. And by the way, there are several versions of the NEA lower HG floating around - have you ruled all of them out?
Did anybody tried to combine NEA upper handguard with Fab Defense lower one? interesting to find out, not a big fan of NEA lower, but I want to lower my red dot
