Norinco JW-23 .22 WMR, thoughts?

Just want to know what you guys think about this guy. Are the parts of long lasting quality? Is the accuracy groundhog worthy? How about reliability?

If it's like the Norinco JW-15's I had once upon a time, I'd steer clear of it. Spend the extra $250 and buy a CZ -- you'll be glad you did.

I have never owned two more in-accurate guns. Both were awful; one would run about 6 inches at 50 meters, and the other couldn't consistently hit a sheet of paper at 50 meters. Fit and finish wasn't great; though, I would have forgave all that in a $150 gun if they'd shot with acceptable accuracy.

I have a JW 23. I stripped off the nasty finish and refinished it. I sanded down a few internal parts and mounted a Tasco Varmint scope on it. I have no problem making 200 yard headshots on gophers. Mine is accurate. I like it.
