Does anybody own a ruger mark 3 that can help me?

I just got my brand new mark 3 target about 2 days ago and i tried to disassemble it. I got the back part off and when i tried to remove the bolt it was stuck it only pulls out about 1/4 of the way. So i gave up and put it back together and the bolt is still stuck and wont pull out more then 1/4 of the way. Can anybody please help me i read many things that say you need to press trigger and hold it different angles and stuff but ive tried for about 45 minutes and cant figure this out.

thanks guys i finally got it functioning took 2 days/ about 5 hours to figure it out its all about that dingle berry thing he calls lol you guys are awesome i think i could do it again in about 10 minutes now

Yep, it's about the 'dingle berry' with lots of things in life! :)
 
Hello Matt,
Make sure that the mag is in the gun when you remove the back strap on your ruger.
The mark III has a built in safety when the mag is removed, and the trigger will not travel.
My mark III took some time to break in, so take your time with the assembly and dis-assembly
