Stoeger P350 12 ga

I was in the local gunshop and was talking with the owner and explained I needed a 12 ga for primarily turkey and some deer hunting. I ended up picking up the Stoeger 350 Turkey after he put a couple of guns in front of me. After I get home it says its the Turkey model 28 in barrell .
My question is will the gun handle slugs and buckshot if I end up deer hunting

Best bet is to read your owners manual and see what it says. If that fails contact the manufacturer.

Manual says 1 oz to 2 1/4 oz lead or steel do not use mod choke with steel

yeah, you'll be good. use your IC or cyl choke.

BTW it says Turkey because it's made in Turkey, just like my M2000.
Congrats on the buy! It will handle rifled slugs easily.
