Give me a break. So the owner should stop filling orders, planning on new items, running a website, taking phone calls, dealing with the CFC, and handling deliveries, just to be sure to not miss a day or two on a forum.

It's a web based business with easy access to a phone number, contact form, and additional email addresses. Your logic was to avoid all that, and instead rely on CGN for faster response? Then you post this ####? Wow!

First time I had a question, I called Mike directly. He answered immediately and politely gave me the info I needed. Good thing it didn't take him 3 rings or more to pick up the phone, or I would have to slag him and buy elsewhere.

Canam has always rocked for response. He was probably too busy running his business to cruise the forum

FYI - give a call or drop an email, longest I've waited for a reply is a day on the email. Often it's within a few minutes if you catch him at the computer.
