For the many people that have messaged me about the explosives stickers:
I went to my local vinyl graphics/sign shop and gave them an inkjet printed sample of what I wanted in sticker format. They made it cheaper for me by just cutting the black portion and giving me a small section of yellow to cut out myself. It cost me about $35.00 for 3 black cutouts.

I've read the guidelines for powder storage and it got me to thinking. Since powder is "flammable", doesn't following the law and labeling it as "explosive" break some other dangerous goods laws? Mislabeling DG products can be a big fine, I believe.

Nice bench. I need one like that, but my room isn't big enough, and somehow, my mother didn't like the idea of my permanently attaching the press onto the dining room table

Nah the rifle won't fall. The bench is screwed to the wall with like... 14x 3", #8 screws lol. It's solid.
As for powder/primer storage, yes it's a very grey area. I looked into it heavily while in the design phase and determined that no matter what I built it wouldn't be perfect as the laws change slightly from one place to the next. I settled on a storage plan that basically suggests, "inside = boom" plus it locks, plus primers are in the drawer, powder separate in the cupboard. If the rcmp showed up at my door and did an inspection, and gave me a hard time, then I guess I'm boned. lol. Can't win.

Powder is a propellant by definition. A lot of things are flammable, including all the storage boxes you see on here made of plywood...

In short nope. Powder (smokeless or black) and primers are considered class 1 dangerous goods (explosives) according to the Transport of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulation (TDG).
Fire code cites TDG.
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) would not apply in your home so that is a non-issue.
You havn't seen the rest of the room for posters. Sometimes the floyd. Last time I was running the bullet factory I had some supertramp on. It was good times. Now if only this crap wind and rain around here would quit, I could actually shoot these babies.
